Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, titles, and message content when you intentionally submit forms. Separately, first-party telemetry may record page path, sanitized control interactions, timestamps, referrer or campaign attribution, viewport, browser capability, server-observed IP address, and user agent for security, analytics, and routing. A governed, administrator-initiated network-enrichment audit may associate a recently observed public IP address with provider-reported network registration, ISP, organization, and coarse location metadata. Those provider assertions are labeled with their source, product or dataset version, retrieval date, and limitations; they do not prove a person, employer, company visitor, or physical location. Telemetry never captures form-field contents, credentials, or sensitive typed text.
How we use information
We use information to operate the site, respond to requests, route inquiries into the appropriate review workflow, improve pages and conversion paths, protect the site, and maintain trust and release quality.
Legal and practical basis
For many interactions, the basis is your request for contact or briefing. We may also process information to support legitimate interests such as site security, analytics, internal improvement, and business operations, subject to applicable law.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, security, or internal operations. If a licensed network-intelligence service is enabled, an authorized asynchronous audit may submit a recently observed public IP address to that configured provider; ordinary page requests never perform that lookup. Local licensed databases are preferred when practical. If governed Google Ads acquisition measurement is activated, its tag is limited to allowlisted public marketing routes and remains absent until the applicable browser choice allows it. Before loading, uretail removes UTM values and fragments from the browser URL and retains only a validated Google advertising click identifier when one is present. Google may then receive the sanitized page URL, that click identifier, an approved conversion label, and a pseudonymous transaction ID. uretail does not add stored IP addresses, contact details, Target or Prospect identifiers, messages, dossier fields, audit receipts, or raw first-party telemetry as Google event fields. Any browser request to Google necessarily exposes that browser connection's network address to Google. We do not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of that phrase. Enterprise evaluations may also involve internal review by authorized team members.
Retention
For first-party telemetry, raw IP address, user-agent evidence, and raw-IP-keyed enrichment cache entries are retained for no more than 30 days, while pseudonymous detailed events are retained for 6 months. Non-identifying aggregate counts and a minimized pseudonymous receipt/audit-hash index are retained for All Time so accepted evidence can be counted, deduplicated, and replay-checked without retaining or reconstructing raw event IDs, IP addresses, user agents, browser IDs, session IDs, journey IDs, Target/Prospect identity, or provider location detail in that index. An extended legal hold requires an explicit audited override. Inquiry and business records follow their applicable legal and operational requirements.
Security
uretail uses administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to protect information. No system is absolutely secure, but access to sensitive internal data should remain limited and governed.
AI-assisted internal processing
uretail may use AI-assisted systems to support internal synthesis, drafting, prioritization, and command-center recommendations. Human review remains required for important customer-facing, strategic, or trust-related outputs.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit forms. Governed acquisition measurement provides allow, decline, granular preference, revoke, and reset controls. After the denied choice is saved or the prior grant is verifiably removed, a decline, revoked grant, or reset immediately applies a denied measurement state, blocks further conversion dispatch, and reloads the page when the Google tag had already started. If browser storage cannot be updated, the page remains fail-closed without reloading and reports that the saved choice still needs remediation. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track block Google acquisition measurement under uretail policy. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting uretail. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
